Caleb Cottle, Newest Board Member of NATSAP!

Caleb Cottle, founder of Cascade Academy, was recently voted onto the board of the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs (NATSAP). Caleb Cottle’s experience in the mental health industry and passion for helping young people make him an excellent addition to the NATSAP board.

Caleb brings a wealth of knowledge and talent to the team. He began his journey in the wilderness, and then pursued licensure in recreation therapy. He fell in love with the experiential modalities that challenged the youth, built self-efficacy, and made connections that would last a lifetime. He has always assumed administrative leadership roles in any organization he has served. An entrepreneur at heart, he obtained his MBA from the prestigious Thunderbird School of Global Management and has utilized his knowledge by founding three programs, and leading successful teams as Executive Director of multiple treatment centers.

NATSAP, a non-profit organization, has been in operation for over 20 years and provides accreditation, advocacy, and resources to over 200 therapeutic schools and programs across the United States. NATSAP works to ensure that therapeutic schools and programs meet the highest standards of quality and safety. These programs offer a range of services, from counseling and therapy to education and vocational training.

Caleb’s expertise and experience will be invaluable to the NATSAP board as they work to fulfill their mission of promoting the well-being of students and families with mental health issues. The organization’s goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can receive the care they need to heal and grow.
