Sarah was born and raised in Utah. She studied at Concordia University where she played basketball. She transferred to Utah Valley University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology. Her goal is to continue on with her schooling and earn a master’s degree in social work.

Sarah loves working at Cascade and loves gaining so much more emotional intelligence as she works with our students. She works hard to be supportive and validating as they go through their mental health journey.

When Sarah has free time, she likes to work out by lifting weights and running. She loves to watch movies. Her favorite genres are comedy and horror films. Her all-time favorite movie is She’s the man! Sarah has nephews that she adores, and she hangs out with them as much as she can.
