Megan Hendrix is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting for the last 6 years. Megan has 5 years experience in partial hospitalization and day treatment settings. She has spent time in school settings in a mental health capacity, including 5 months working as a Military and Family Life Counselor in Germany, prior to joining Cascade. She graduated with her Bachelors in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Utah State University before going on to get her Masters in Social Work with an emphasis in mental health from the University of Utah.

Megan is trained in ERP, DBT, trauma informed DBT and incorporates Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing into her practice. She has experience working with trauma as well as mood, behavior, attachment, anxiety, and personality disorders. She is passionate about working with OCD and anxiety diagnoses and helping people realize their own strengths. Megan believes in the importance of using a person-centered approach and personalizing treatment for each individual. She is always looking for new opportunities to learn and incorporate evidence-based treatment into her work.

In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, hiking, paddle boarding, traveling, and playing with her dogs.
