Simone Galindo is a passionate nature enthusiast with a love for both the outdoors and the arts. An avid reader and lifelong skier, Simone has been hitting the slopes since childhood and finds peace and purpose in the natural world. Her dream is to become a park ranger, helping others experience the beauty of the environment and advocating for its protection.

Simone plans to return to school to complete her bachelor’s degree in natural sciences. She has a strong interest in mental health advocacy, shaped in part by her work in homeless shelters, where she witnessed the deep impact mental illness can have—particularly on youth. This experience continues to inspire her to support vulnerable communities.

In addition to her academic and outdoor pursuits, Simone is a dedicated cellist with over a decade of experience. She’s the middle of three sisters and brings a thoughtful, compassionate spirit to everything she does.
