My name is Morgan Lighten, and I'm from Utah. I’m a student at Utah Valley University, where I’m pursuing a degree in Psychology. My goal is to become
either a recreation therapist or a high school counselor after completing my degree.

Since graduating high school, I’ve had the opportunity to work with teenagers as a summer camp counselor and at a treatment center, which has been both rewarding and fulfilling. I’m especially passionate about supporting teens in the mental health field.

In my free time, you’ll often find me outside—whether it’s camping, hiking, paddleboarding, or long-distance running. I also enjoy practicing yoga, playing cards with family and friends, and drinking as much chai tea as possible!
