Treating anxiety with bilateral brain stimulation

Join Cascade Academy with Dr. Spencer Brandshaw and Dr. Stacey Jones in learning about how our brains can more effectively process anxiety and trauma.  Movement, or bilateral stimulation, is key in allowing our brain to experience and code information in a healthy way.  In these times stressors are often occurring when we are stationary, in front of a screen, and daily movement is limited.  Hear how this creates an increase of unresolved stressors and slows down effective brain processing.
